Carnival Of The Animals
takes its inspiration from Camille Saint-Saëns' musical score of the same name. JUMP! dancers eagerly bring alive animals, such as Elephants, Kangaroos, and Tortoises, as well as Fireflies, tapping Penguins and soaking wet Otters. Carnival of the Animals premiered in March 2008 at the Carriage House
Theater and has been performed in Union Square, New York City (Summer
in the Square Festival) and the Roger Williams Park Zoo.
